This is annoying, but can be fixed quickly in most cases:
- Try restarting the app first. To do this, you should close it completely and also remove it from the quick launch.
- If that does not work: Take the smart lamp completely off power and then turn it on manually. Now wait until it appears in the app.
- If you have tried to set up your lamp several times without success, try resetting it to the default settings.
