Color gradients or color gradients can be a great effect and a real eye-catcher in your home.
- Linear gradient: You have a long hallway with six Klyqa lights all hanging in a row from the ceiling or spotlighting the floor, then you can create impressive lighting in rainbow colors here.
- Radial color gradient: Is your room square and has lamps on the walls and several pendant lights in the middle? Then you can create a radial color gradient by letting the color mood go from reddish on the walls to bluish in the center.
But enough of the dry theory: now we'll show you how to create a harmonious color gradient with your Klyqa lamps:
On the start page of your Klyqa app you will find the function 'Add new room'. You have to give the new room a name and select all matching devices or bulbs. After pressing 'Save new room' you can select different colors, white tones or scenes for all bulbs separately.
For example, if you want to create a gradient in the hallway, you can select a different hue per lamp. Let the first one shine blue, the second one purple, the third one red and the last one in orange.
Or try it with a brightness gradient: All lamps have the same color temperature but different intensities. Want to bet that this will look really good? Experiment a bit and get great effects in your home.
Now that you have your first room set up, you can also link routines and timers to your newly created room. This works via the clock icon at the bottom of your app's tab. Then select 'New Routine' or 'New Timer', give it a name and select the whole room instead of the individual light bulbs.
